Join us for our annual TFC Missions Week, taking place Feb. 26-March 4, 2012.  Our schedule of events includes:

Sunday, Feb. 26
* 9:30 am Worship Service 
   --with special guest speaker Dr. Markus Klausli (Germany)

*12:30 pm Mission Covered Dish Lunch
  --entire church body is invited to bring your favorite dish to share (enough to
    serve 12 people) as we fellowship and mingle with our visiting 
    missionaries 

Wednesday, Feb. 29
* 6:00 am Women's Bible Study
   --special guest speaker Julia Klausli (Germany)

* 10:00 am Women's Bible Study 
   --special guest speaker Julia Klausli (Germany)

* 5:30-7:30 pm Dinner Theatre with & Youth Mission Trip Fund Raiser 
   --don't miss this special Wed. evening Dinner Theatre & fund raiser for our
   Youth Summer mission trip!  Enjoy a delicious meal for $8 for adults & $4
   for children, then watch “Living History--Corrie Ten Boom Live”, a one-
   woman show that brings Dutch underground activist Corrie ten Boom to life!
   Make a reservation this Sunday in the Fellowship Hall or call the Church 
   Office at 972-690-9535.  Childcare available for up through 2nd grade with

Thursday, March 1
*  6:30 am Men's Bible Study
   --special guest speaker TBA

Saturday, March 3
*  9:30-11:00 am Women's Missions Breakfast
    --Join us for our annual Women's Missions Breakfast with special guest
     speaker Lisa Goins (Asia).  The theme for missions week is "Bridging 
    Cultures," and the breakfast will recognize that by offering a cross-cultural 
    breakfast experience. You never know what to expect when you're 
    travelling, so everyone should bring a good appetite, their daughters, and a
    spirit of adventure!  

Sunday, March 4
* 9:30 am Worship Service
  --special guest speaker Dr. Tim Ralston and special presentation "The 
    Deceptive Mission: WormSpy"

* 11:00 am- noon Adult Class - "Cultural Reality Series--Not a TV Show!"
   --What is culture?  How does it affect me or my life?  Does it have a bearing
    on my faith and witness as a believer?  March 4-March 25 is a special
    series open to all youth and adults. This 4-Sunday series will challenge 
   you to increase your awareness of culture beyond someone’s clothing or 
   the language they speak. You will gain a new perspective of cultural 
   differences all around you.  Come join Jeff and Lisa Goins, former 
   missionaries in Indonesia, as they guide the group in experiencing “culture
   reality” in a fun and creative manor.   Leave your inhibitions behind and 
   enter this cross-cultural world at the11:00AM Ministry Hour in the Youth 
   Room.
