Q: Do you offer a nursery for my little one?
A: Yes, we have a nursery for children from newborn through age two during the Sunday School hour and the worship service. Our workers have been screened, with background checks, and trained to take very good care of your children.
Q. Do you have other programs for my children?
A. Yes - we have a Sunday School program for children with a pre-K-K class, a 1-3rd grade class and a 4-5th grade class. We are blessed with wonderful teachers.
Q. How about for my teenager?
A. We have a very meaningful youth program which a mix of service opportunities, Bible study and fun activities.
Q. What do you have for me as an adult?
A. Right now we have one adult Sunday School class. We study various topics (past studies include Biblical conflict tools, evangelism and living by faith). Also, we have a women's ministry with monthly brunches and a new men's ministry.
Q. What about Small Groups?
A. We have three small groups called "Community Life" groups. The purpose of our groups are to develop deeper relationships, because there just isn't time usually on Sunday Morning to really connect with people! If you are considering joining our church, visiting a small group would be a great way to get to know us better.
Q. What do people wear on Sunday morning?
A. We are pretty mixed. Some people wear jeans, and others are more dressy. You won't usually spot too many ties or suitcoats. Comes as you are and you will be welcomed!
Q. What type of music do you have on Sunday morning?
A. We have a blended style of music - with some new songs, and other treasured hymns of the faith. Right now we have a keyboard, guitars and vocalists. It is not uncommon to hear a violin, cello or harp on Sunday.
Q. What type of preaching does the pastor give?
A. Our pastor is passionate about preaching, and his sermons are application focused and based on the Bible. We have both exposition through a book of the Bible, and topical series. Our pastor often uses power-point to help us follow along, and an occasional video clip. Messages are about 30 minutes. Audio files and his manuscripts are posted on the web site for those who miss a service or want to revisit a message.
